Squat Till You Drop


We all want the perfect bum! The best way to get it is to do a multitude of squats. This routine is tough so build it up if you need to. Make it easier by playing some music or watching tv whilst doing it. 
Add weights to increase resistance.

*Tip: Legs wide apart to work outside of legs (and bum). Legs hip width apart/feet together to work inside of legs.
