CC Cream
Hey guys, so recently I went out and purchased one of the highly talked about CC creams. I was slightly unsure as I had tried the BB creams and was bitterly disappointed as I felt none of the ones I tried did anything for my skin.
So when trying the new creams I was slightly skeptical, however I had no reason to be, I bought the Max Factor CC Cream which I find brilliant. It acts as my new foundation. It's light and provides full coverage which I love. It dries out my skin a little if I have any blemishes so I usually apply extra moisturiser or something that moistens my skin.
It blends perfectly into the skin, and I would definitely recommend it to people that like to use tinted moisturiser. I think it is the perfect foundation alternative for summer.
Thanks for reading guys,
Much love x

Mini Haul 1: Foundations
So last week I went on a mini shopping trip and bought a few bits and pieces from Superdrug and Boots.
As I bought quite a few products I have decided to show you each category separately and give a mini review on each product.
As you can see from the images above, this is a good coverage foundation and feels fairly light on the skin. However, this is going to sound contradicting, it looks very cakey (on my skin) and it is very noticeable that I am wearing foundation.
However the product is true to it's name and stays on for the majority of the day, I do not think it would last 24 hours like it says on the bottle but you can be the judge of that. Having said that I reckon this would be good for a night out.
*I know I put a lot on my hand in the pictures, it was so it would show up on camera

I much prefer this foundation as it looks more natural than the other and still stays on for the majority of the day. However if you have oily skin I would recommend using a setting spray or powder to set it.
For me this foundation has better coverage and looks much better than the colorstay foundation.
So far I have no complaints about this product and would most definitely recommend it to friends.
Both foundations are good, however as the nearly naked foundation is a new formula I think that is what makes it better than the colorstay one. Or maybe it's just me being tricked into thinking because it's a new formula it must be better.
Let me know if you have tried these products and what you think of them.

Chanel Products Review
I recently purchased the "Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua" foundation and the matching "Correcteur Perfection" concealer.
My two favourite products
Foundation
Colour: Beige#10
Concealer
Colour:Beige#10
I first heard of this product through other bloggers and decided to give it a go, and I have been endlessly raving about this product to everyone I know as it is one of the best products I have ever used.
It's consistency and coverage is the perfect combination of smooth and light yet it covers everything and anything.
The concealer perfectly compliments the foundation and helps with dark undertones and blemishes. I recommend these products for all skin types and it's perfect if you like foundation or tinted moisturiser.
However this incredible product does come at an expensive price at £32 for the foundation and £26 for the concealer, but girls reach deep into those pockets because these products are well worth buying.

Tune of the Day:
My favourite tune today is Lawson's "Taking Over Me".
This song puts me in a great mood and keeps me going though out the day. Lawson have an amazing sound and to use their words, when I listen to them, "I'm in ecstasy".
Take a listen and let me know what you think.
Available on iTunes
That's all for my blog today.
Please comment, tell your friends and let me know what you think.
Much love x
